PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device equipped with an organic luminescent element excellent in characteristics such as luminance or the like, wherein emitted light from adjacent organic luminescent elements can be prevented from being mutually mixed, and a highly reliable electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: This display device 10 has a plurality of the organic luminescent elements (organic EL element) 1 equipped with a pair of electrodes (an anode 3 and a cathode 5), an organic semiconductor layer 4 provided between these electrodes while containing a luminescent layer, and a bank 31 provided so as to partition these organic luminescent elements 1. In this display device 10, the inner surface of the bank 31 is formed of a light reflecting surface having a function to reflect light from the organic luminescent elements 1.
