PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a low cost by hardly preventing driver's visual field, and improving adherence workability of an antenna. SOLUTION: A transparent clear coating layer 12 is formed on a first release sheet 10. An antenna element 2 is constituted by forming a conductive pasted layer 13 on the clear coating layer 12, a transparent adhesion layer 14 is formed on the conductive pasted layer 13, and the adhesion layer 14 is covered with the second release sheet 11. Since the film sheet is unnecessary, visibility of the driver is hard coming to bar, the adhesion arrival workability of the antenna can be improved, and it can be considered as a low cost.
