PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for measuring a mixing rate of a mixture capable of measuring the mixing rate of the mixture as a raw material to be charged even in an environment such as the inside of a blast furnace where it is difficult to be measured by a usual method. SOLUTION: In this measuring method of the mixing rate of the mixture, the mixture of a plurality of kinds of materials of different electromagnetic properties is arranged inside a hollow coil to which alternating current is applied, or passed in the axial direction of the coil. Output voltage occurring in the coil is measured, and the mixing rate of the materials in the mixture is measured based on the output voltage. Preferably, the coil comprises an exciting coil and a coil for measurement arranged in the same axial direction, the mixture is arranged inside the coil or passed in the axial direction of the coil, the output voltage occurring in the coil for measurement is measured, the relation between the mass of each of the plurality of kinds of materials and the output voltage occurring in the coil is previously measured to create a calibration curve, and the mixing rate of the materials in the mixture is calculated based on the calibration curve.
