PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control valve capable of timely and easily adjusting a water flow rate, capable of preventing dust and mineral component and the like contained in flowing water from adhering in an opening part formed by a wash plate and a gate valve and capable of easily removing the dust and mineral component and the like from the opening part even if the dust and the mineral component and the like adheres in the opening part. SOLUTION: The flow control valve is equipped with a connection pipe part connected to an output port end of a water faucet, a first permanent magnet provided in the connection pipe part, a junction pipe part continuing to a connection metal fitting, the fan-shaped wash plate provided at a flow-out part from the junction pipe part, the fan-shaped gate valve rotatably contacting with the wash plate, an output pipe part continuing to the junction pipe part and a second permanent magnet provided in the output pipe part. The output pipe part rotates the gate valve for the wash plate and adjusts the water flow rate as its rotation operation for the junction pipe part is conducted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
