PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for heat insulating waterproof construction, and its construction method improving work efficiency by reducing selection errors, for a waterproofed construction surface formed with a face inclining in a specific direction with a heat insulating material arranged on a skeleton of a building roof or the like. SOLUTION: This fixture for heat insulating waterproof construction is provided with a marking line in a length position corresponding to a screwing depth into the skeleton from the head outer edge at the outer periphery of a shank. In the construction method, the fixture for heat insulating waterproof construction penetrates the heat insulating material to allow its tip to abut on the skeleton surface, and after visually confirming that the marking line is on the heat insulating material surface, the fixture for heat insulating waterproof construction is screwed into the skeleton to press and fix a waterproof sheet joining plate to the heat insulating material.
