PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cycloolefin-based resin composition from which a film or sheet having transparency, heat resistance and advantageous plasticity can be formed. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises: 50 to 90 pts.wt. of component [A] a cycloolefin-based resin having a predetermined structure and having a softening point temperature (TMA) of 120 to 300°C; and 10 to 50 pts.wt. of component [B] a polymer comprising an aromatic vinyl, wherein the total amount of components [A] and [B] is 100 pts.wt.
