PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article for exfoliation which does not show the defects of the prior art article, particularly to solve the still-existing necessity of an article for exfoliation for providing mild exfoliation of the skin. SOLUTION: The article for exfoliating the skin comprises a support in the form of at least one sheet comprising fibers soluble in water at a temperature of not higher than -30°C and a composition which is carried by the above support and contains at least one exfoliating agent in the form of particles.
