PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic forming a coating film which fits the movement of the skin, hardly collapses and has excellent persistency of cosmetic effect when applied to the skin. SOLUTION: The cosmetic comprises (A) a crosslinking type polyether-modified silicone and (B) a perfluoroalkyl polyalkylsiloxysilicate in the formulation ratio of (B)/(A) of 10-30.
