PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a variable range of an improving material supply quantity in an improving material supply device of a soil improving machine. SOLUTION: A feed rotor 21 has a plurality of vertical scraper fins 23 radially extending from a hub part 22, and can attach and detach a fan-shaped supply quantity adjusting plate 25 between the scraper fins 23. An improving material input from an improving material tank is deposited on the feed rotor 21, and is discharged via a square hole 11 formed in a feeder base 1 and a chute 12 by rotating the feed rotor 21. When installing the supply quantity adjusting plate 25 on the feed rotor 21, a supply quantity per one rotation of the feed rotor is reduced by half, and can be supplied in smaller quantities than a conventional type, better coping with various work conditions.
