PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle instrument indication device and a vehicle instrument display method which enable indication contents both before and after change to be easily recognized at the time of change of a display form of images of a rotary-type analog meter such as a display size or a display position. SOLUTION: When the images of a speedometer or a tachometer as a rotary-type analog meter are displayed by an indication device 10 having a dot-matrix type display screen, and the display-size changing processing, which changes the display size of the speedometer or the tachometer, is performed by a display-control device 20, display control is performed so that the speedometer or the tachometer is enlarged or downsized about the coordinates where the needle tip of the needle of the speedometer or the tachometer is positioned.
