PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for mounting an arm member capable of prolonging the lifetime of a rubber bush by suppressing the torsion of the rubber bush. SOLUTION: In the mounting method of an arm member 10 in a vehicular suspension having a member 14 provided at the lower part of a vehicle body, the arm member 10 for connecting the member 14 to a wheel supporting member, and a cylindrical elastic bush 11 which is provided at the connection part of the arm member 10 to the member 14 to support the arm member 10 by the member 14 in a rocking manner, and elastically deformed accompanied by the rocking displacement of the arm member 10, the arm member 10 is positioned at a position corresponding to the rocking angle when a vehicle is stopped, and fastened to the member 14 by a fastening member penetrating the bush 11.
