PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound generator for vehicle which increases the level of sound to be generated. SOLUTION: This sound generator for vehicle includes a door mirror 10 and a control circuit 30. The door mirror 10 has a motor 11 for mirror retraction and a mirror housing 14. The motor 11 for mirror retraction includes an electromagnetic coil. The mirror housing 14 is a resonance device resonating with a sound of a prescribed frequency. The control circuit 30 supplies a signal of a prescribed frequency to the electromagnetic coil of the motor 11 for mirror retraction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
