PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gem clip with the function of preventing wrong filing. SOLUTION: This gem clip with a planar spiral broken-line structure comprises an inside winding section abcd, an outside winding section efgh, and a shifting winding section de which allows a shift to outside winding from inside winding. In the same way as a conventional gem clip, the inside winding and the outside winding are formed in a close contact state in the longitudinal winding section. Characteristically, the inside winding and outside winding of a part corresponding to a leading end area of the conventional gem clip are formed in the close contact state; and an extended part hijk, which is extended in a planar spiral broken-line shape, is provided in such a manner that a predetermined space H is forme d to the outside of the shifting winding section from a position h corresponding to the outermost end point of the outside winding section in a view in a winding direction to the outside of the spiral winding broken line of the conventional Gem clip from the inside thereof.
