PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground workpiece without chattering marks (marks of a grinding wheel). SOLUTION: In this grinder 10, a passive vibration control device 30 is mounted above a grinding wheel head 15 near a grinding wheel 17 above a grinding wheel spindle 16.
