COATING APPARATUS FOR CONSTRUCTION BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus for a construction board which is capable of starting jetting a coating material from a coating nozzle head in precise timing with the construction board transported to an inkjet type coating machine and carrying out the coating of the construction board with high design precision. SOLUTION: The coating apparatus for the construction board is for coating the surface of the construction board 1 by jetting the coating material from the coating nozzle head 3 of the inkjet type coating machine 2 while feeding the construction board 1 by a transportation conveyer 5 and is provided with a board detecting sensor 6 for detecting the passing of the construction board 1 transported to the inkjet type coating machine 2 by the transportation conveyer 5 and a speed sensor 7 for detecting the speed of the construction board 1 transported by the transportation conveyer 5 in a non-contact state. The timing of start of jetting the coating material from the coating nozzle head 3 is controlled based on the detection of the construction board 1 by the board detecting sensor 6 and the feed speed of the construction board 1 by the speed sensor 7.
