A structure of assembling a pipe to a hose in a vehicle is provided to install a position alignment stopper at the hose to align the pipe to the hose, thereby improving sealing performance. A structure of assembling a pipe to a hose in a vehicle includes a pipe(11) and a hose(13). The hose has a flange and an insert tool(17) formed at its lower part. The insert tool is inserted into the pipe. An outer diameter of the insert tool is corresponding to an inner diameter of the pipe. An O-ring(19) is installed outside the insert tool to prevent leakage of oil or air after the insert tool is inserted into the pipe. A flange(21) is formed at the pipe to correspond to the flange of the hose to be in contact with each other. A position alignment stopper(23) is installed between the hose and the pipe. The position alignment stopper is resiliently supported in the flange of the hose.
