An automatic guided vehicle is provided to minimize the space utility by minimizing the radius of rotation of the automatic guided vehicle when the automatic guided vehicle is turned at a corner. A drive unit(3) is electrically connected to a control board(5) installed in an automatic guided vehicle. The control board controls the drive unit by receiving a power source from a battery(6) and by using signals from a bumper switch, an obstruction sensor(8), and a magnetic guide sensor(9). The automatic guided vehicle includes an upper frame(10), a regulation bracket(12), an elevation motor(13), an elevation rod, a drive wheel casing(19), a return spring, drive wheels(22), geared motors, a shock absorber, and a plurality of absorption springs. The shock absorber is resiliently installed on one side of the regulation bracket to absorb an upward or downward impact. The absorption springs are resiliently installed at the drive wheel casing and the regulation bracket.
