A rotary injector nozzle apparatus for a diesel engine is provided to perform rotation and vertical movement of the nozzle apparatus by using a thread and vary an injection angle and a nozzle depth in accordance with an RPM(Revolution Per Minute) and load of the diesel engine. A rotary injector nozzle apparatus for a diesel engine includes an injector(12), a piezoelectric ceramic(16) and a nozzle body(18). The injector is installed at the nozzle apparatus and has a body(14). The piezoelectric ceramic is installed to be bent with a certain range according to a voltage applied to a front end of the body of the injector. The nozzle body is installed such that an end of the piezoelectric ceramic is horizontally raised and lowered in the body of the injector. The nozzle body has a guide projection to guide horizontal rotation and elevation thereof when the piezoelectric ceramic is operated. The injector body has a guide groove to be coupled to the guide projection.
