<p>The part (3) has three ribs (22, 24, 26) extending in a longitudinal direction of a motor vehicle, and a variable stiffness according to a longitudinal direction of a sensor (9) to transmit a compression force to the sensor when the vehicle is subjected to an impact. The compression force tends to be independent of the position of the impact with respect to the longitudinal direction of the sensor. The sensor is protected by a sheath (11) which has pins (13) projecting from a front wall of a shock absorber (1), where the sensor is inserted in orifices (15) of the absorber.</p> |
