FIELD: surgical instruments. ^ SUBSTANCE: vascular clip has rest base with doubled rest surfaces and vascular fixers and rest area. Rest area is provided with receiving cylinder. Receiving cylinder is made with spring fixer intended for segment of vessel to be rejected. Rest base is made in form of branches with spring clip for fixing position of branches one relatively another. Rest surfaces and receiving cylinder are mounted at the same branch. Vascular fixers are disposed at other branch. ^ EFFECT: reduced traumatism of vessels; easier manipulation on vessel; reliability of fixation of ends to be stitched. ^ 1 dwg
