A = 2-8C alkylene; R and R' = H, lower alkyl, 3-6C cycloalkyl, 3-6C alkenyl or R and R' + N =pyrrolidine, piperidine, N-alkyl piperazine or morpholine; n = 0-2; m = 1 or 2; R2 = H, lower alkyl, 3-6C alkenyl) including their acid addn. salts have antiviral activity and may be administered, parenterally orally or topically in pharmaceutical compositions together with the usual carriers.
