<p>In semicontinuous production of aqueous dispersions of copolymers based on not less than 2 monomers, selected from vinyl chloride (VC) and (meth)acrylic esters, in the presence of ancillaries and optionally other comonomers in an amount of 0.1-10 (wt.)% with respect to total monomers, the reactor contains 5-10% of the total monomers, 30-100% being VC, and, after adding the initiator, dosing of emulsifier is started only after a pressure drop of 0.5-1.5 bar and monomer addition is started after a pressure drop of 1.5-3.5 bar from the initial pressure.</p> |
