A distributed system for inputting a goods code, and a terminal device and a distributed goods code input service providing service method thereof are provided to remarkably reduce human resource, time, and expense required for operating a shop with distributed goods code input by making customers directly input the goods code in the shop and transmitting a shopping list to the POS(Point Of Sale) network of the shop. A goods code input terminal includes a communicator(160) for communicating with the POS network of the shop, a goods code recognizer(120) recognizing the goods code, a shopping list generator(150), a shopping list transmitter, and a shopping application(110). The shopping list generator generates the shopping list by storing the goods code received through a goods code input part(121). The shopping list transmitter transmits the shopping list to the POS network through the communicator. The POS network includes the communicator for communicating with the goods code input terminal and a shopping list receiver receiving the shopping list from the goods code input terminal. The goods code input terminal includes a user authenticator(170) for identifying a user by receiving authentication information through the goods code input part.
