MANAGEMENT METHOD AND DESING FOR RECRUIT

A method for planning and managing education/employment of unemployed women is provided to solve an unemployment ratio of the unemployed women by connecting the unemployed women and companies in a predetermined area. The woman wanting a job is registered to a local homepage, and an employment field and history of the companies gathered in the predetermined area are stored in a database(S10). Application information of the woman is registered, and items for an aptitude test and the desired job are stored(S20). The data for the unemployed woman having a preschool child is stored to link with a day-care center placed in a resident area of the unemployed woman(S30). The unemployed woman is educated and tested through cyber education based on the aptitude test and the desired job(S40). The educated woman selects the company from a company list corresponding to educated contents and the resident area(S50). The educated contents/records of the woman are transmitted to the selected company, and the woman is employed when a condition is agreed between the woman and the company(S60).
