A display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to make it possible to produce an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel having a desired size, thereby increasing the productivity, by joining unit panels through a joining member. A display panel comprises a plurality of unit panels(130A,130B) and a joining member(120) formed between the unit panels. The joining member includes first joining members(124) of a protrusion type and second joining members(126) of a groove type, wherein the first joining members are respectively joined to the second joining members to join the unit panels to each other. The first joining members are attached on lateral surfaces of upper and lower substrates for each of the unit panels. The second joining members are attached on the lateral surfaces of upper and lower substrates for neighboring unit panels. |
