A lamp fixing member, a backlight assembly and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) comprising the same are provided to reduce the temperature deviation of the lamp fixing member, thereby removing the display defect due to the temperature deviation, by fixing a lamp through a thin fixing band so as to minimize the contact area between the lamp and the lamp fixing member. At least one lamp fixing part(420) is formed on an upper surface of a body(410), wherein the lamp fixing part has a groove for fixing a lamp. A diffusing plate supporting part(430) is formed on the upper surface of the body, wherein the diffusing plate supporting part has a higher height than the lamp fixing part. A thin fixing band(440) is inserted into the groove of the lamp fixing part, wherein the thin fixing band fixes an upper portion of the lamp.
