FIELD: automation of electric power supply of electric railroads. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has residual voltage transformer connected with contact circuit provided with sectioning station. Switches connect contact circuit to buses of traction substation, start relay with coil and delay-closing contact. Start relay is connected to "+" and "-"power supply through closing contacts of protection relays-repeaters of switches connected in series. Filter reduces level of higher harmonics in curve of residual voltage, which voltage enters input of lower frequency filter having transmission range of 0-40 Hz. Output of lower frequency filter is connected with input of amplifier which has output connected with output relay. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of operation. ^ 1 dwg
