FIELD: construction, particularly garages shaped as a wheel or drum rotatable about a horizontal axis. ^ SUBSTANCE: parking structure includes a number of car storage boxes, access track and mechanized carrousel-type lifting device provided with cradles adapted to receive car trays. Mechanized lifting device has circle-shaped guiding means fixedly secured to central shaft of the carrousel. Each cradle has rollers to provide movement along guiding means and drive for cradle installation in horizontal position. Drive is made as rope haulage means, tooth gear, pin gear or chain gear. Idler gear wheel of above gears is kinematically connected to drive. Cradles have through car passage windows, which permit car passing in one or two directions. ^ EFFECT: increased parking storage capacity of the structure due to decreased area occupied by car lifting equipment, which move cars from one floor to another and increased car lifting and lowering capacity. ^ 2 cl, 6 dwg |
