FIELD: varnish-and-paint industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: paint for laying it on interior and outside walls in construction contains, wt %: polymer dispersion 2-20 (based on solid components), pigments 2-35; fillers with particle size 0.1 to 200 mum, 5-60; thickeners, 0.1-3; dispersants, 0.1-2; and up to 5 additives, the balance. Viscosity of dispersion ranges from 2.0 to 5.10-2 mPa*s at shear velocity 30000 s-1 measured with the help of capillary rheometer. Paint is laid through diaphragm layer and flexible pipe with atomizer (27-40°C) provided with nozzle in the form of two in-row arranged slit-like apertures under pressure 51-135 bar. ^ EFFECT: enabled airless spraying resulting in no mist. ^ 19 cl, 7 dwg, 2 tbl |
