FIELD: railway transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to members of rail vehicle brake pneumatic systems. Proposed angle cock has body with seat of shutoff member open position and seat of shutoff member closed position, shutoff member and shutoff member drive. Shutoff member is made in form of two-seat plate shutoff with deflector and with pusher furnished with sealing rings. First sealing ring is arranged from side of seat of shutoff member closed position, and second ring is rigidly secured from side of seat of shutoff member open position. Drive of shutoff member is made in form of spindle with fitted on handle connected with pusher of plate shutoff member by eccentric cam rigidly coupled with spindle. Eccentric cam member consists of two parts, one of which is installed for rotation at displacement of eccentric cam in slot of pusher. Spindle of shutoff member is provided with threaded hole and is rigidly connected with mating member of handle by means of screw with locking. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of angle cock, increased service life of sealing rings and overhaul periods, reduced repair expenses for cock owing to restoration of serviceability without replacement of all parts of cock. ^ 9 cl, 3 dwg |
