FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves semilunar incision in gingival recession zone. Semilunar graft is detached and coronally displaced. Oral cavity atrium is deepened by detaching mucous membrane, submucous ties and muscle fibers in donor region. Fibrin membrane containing blood platelets growth factors are arranged in the formed space between the semilunar graft and movable mucous membrane. ^ EFFECT: improved tissue recovery; stimulated angiogenesis; reduced risk of graft displacement.
