Semiconductor devices including a reference cell block and sense amplification units for generating plural uniform reference data and systems employing the same are provided to improve read margin of the semiconductor device in a read operation mode, by optimizing uniformity and average value of reference data compared with main data stored in main cells of the semiconductor device. A plurality of sense amplification units(SU1~SUn) has a first input stage and a second input stage. A single node electrically connects the second input stages. A plurality of reference bit lines is connected to the single node. At least one reference word line crosses with the reference bit lines. A plurality of reference cells is provided at the intersections of the reference word line and the reference bit lines, respectively. Each reference cell is electrically connected to one of the reference bit lines and the reference word line, and the reference cells includes reference cells of a first group having data corresponding to logic "0" and/or reference cells of a second group having data corresponding to logic "1".
