Proposed consortium consisting of eight bifidobacterium strains multiplies actively in nutrient media and accumulates industrial biomass for short cultivation times, ferments milk and forms clot of good taste and organoleptic properties and possesses the specific activity. Consortium of eight bifidobacterium strains possesses high specific activity, able for rapid adaptation in human intestine and to promote normalization of intestine microflora for short times.
