A tendon anchoring apparatus is provided to cut down on the cost by making a structure simple and reducing the number of components and to be assembled to a culvert more easily. The tendon anchoring apparatus(500) comprises a housing(505) formed in the hollow cylindrical shape and provided with a male thread(540) having a spiral on the outer circumferential surface and hanging projections(520) having coupling holes(527), a wedge cone member(700) composed of an insertion(710) inserted to a through hole(525) of the housing and provided with many hanging projections(715) and a support(720) coupled to one side of the insertion, formed in the shape of a disk having the larger diameter than the through hole formed by the hanging projection and the appointed thickness and provided with a wedge hole connected to the outside by the support, a wedge(620) inserted to the wedge hole to hold tendons, and a spring(630) attached to the rear of the wedge to push the wedge toward the wedge hole.
