FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly precise blanking of parts. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes cylinder filled with elastic medium and having supporting plunger whose diameter is less than that of inner cylindrical surface of cylinder; resting upon elastic medium punch and holder that embraces punch with possibility of axial motion relative to it and is mounted with possibility of axial motion relative to cylinder; supporting plunger whose diameter is less than that of punch; counter-punch; die arranged on said inner cylindrical surface of cylinder, rigidly joined with body of cylinder and mounted in such a way that it embraces counter-punch and may perform axial motion relative to it. Counter-punch and supporting plunger are mounted in framework; elastic medium has inner cavity communicated with hydraulic drive. ^ EFFECT: simplified design of drive system. ^ 1 dwg
