A sensing spring is provided to reduce manufacturing expenses by making right and left lead wires draw out from a winding portion and an initial load setting jig is provided to set the initial load required for assembling a LSPV(Load Sensing Proportioning Valve) by restraining the size of a spring moment to the maximum. The sensing spring(2) comprises a winding portion(2a) wound in the coil shape to set necessary elastic force, and right and left lead wires(2b,2c) drew out from the outer diameter portion of the center of the winding portion in the opposite direction. The initial load setting jig(3) comprises a body(3a) for a worker to hold with hands, right and left fixed ends(3b,3c) projected to two ends of the body to hold and fix the right and left lead wires while the sensing spring is extended, and a center support end(3d) projected from the body to adhere the base of the winding portion of the sensing spring closely. Hereon the right and left fixed ends of the load setting jig are formed at an initial set interval(L) to generate initial set tensile force of the sensing spring fixed to a portion of a suspension system. |
