A loop type display device is provided to safely keep a display unit in a receiving part within the ceiling part of a vehicle by covering the receiving part with a cover part so as to prevent external particles from flowing into the receiving part. A receiving part(20) is disposed in the ceiling part(10) of a vehicle, wherein the receiving part has an opening formed downwardly. A display unit(30) is contained in the receiving part. A rotating unit rotates the display unit. A switch unit operates the rotating unit. A controller controls the rotating unit by using the switch unit. A cover part(40) opens/closes the opening of the receiving part. A moving unit reciprocates the cover part in front and rear directions. The moving unit is operated by the switch and is controlled by the controller.
