摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for advertisement information management which enables a sponsor to effectively publish an advertisement by recognizing where a user who has actually purchased a commodity or the like has seen the advertisement with respect to electronic commercial transactions on the Internet. SOLUTION: When an advertisement included in a displayed page is indicated on a user terminal, the advertisement information to uniquely specify this link page and connection information to uniquely specify the indication are transmitted to an advertisement server, and the user terminal receives discrimination information uniquely determined by the advertisement information and connection information from the advertisement server. The advertisement server receives discrimination information and advertisement information which have been transmitted to the user terminal from a sales terminal and transmits service information like discount of selling prices related to the advertisement information to the sales terminal and receive sales information from the sales terminal as the result of carrying out the sales on the basis of the transmitted service information and calculates the charge for the advertisement of the sponsor of advertisement information received on the basis of sales information.
