PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food containing a placental extract formulated therein and formed into a pasty state so as to increase the absorbed amount of the placental extract. SOLUTION: This food containing a placental extract formulated therein is obtained by concentrating a placental extract 1 and providing a placental extract concentrate 2 in a concentrating step I, mixing and stirring the placental extract concentrate 2 with a pasty food raw material 3 and various kinds of additives 4 and uniformizing the whole in a mixing and stirring step II and then cooling the resultant uniform mixture to normal temperature in a cooling step III and affording a pasty food 6 containing the placental extract formulated therein. When the food 6 containing the placental extract formulated therein is ingested, the placental extract is made to stick to a mucous membrane of an oral cavity and to stay in the oral cavity for a long period. |
