Binding has base plate (11) with means to attach shoe and bottom holder (5) with bottom disc (6) for base plate, which can be put in opening (12) on base plate and has toothed side edge (13) which is put in the toothed edge of opening on base plate. The pivoting angle between base plate and lower holding disc can be adjusted or fixed as wished. The lower holding disc is attached using at least one movable fixed locking element (18) so it cannot turn or lift. The locking elements on the bottom holder are locked using a fastening device fixed in or against the board (4), so that when the bottom holder is removed the fastening device stays on the board.
