A safety support device for a beam is provided to prevent the overturn and position change of beams by supporting beams placed over a pier or an abutment simply, quickly and effectively and to have excellent field adaptability by handling easily. The invention relates to a safety support device(10) for supporting many beams(1) placed on the upper part of an abutment or a pier(2) between an abutment and a pier or a pier and a pier, thereby preventing the overturn or movement of the beams, which includes a safety support(20) fixed on the upper part of the beams across the upper part of two or more beams and composed of a ÝÀ-shaped section steel provided with the bottom and two side walls extended vertically from two ends of the bottom, and two or more pairs of fitting members(30) installed on the lower part of the safety support correspondingly to the distance between the beams.
