FIELD: electronic engineering, applicable in production of gas-discharge indicating panels. ^ SUBSTANCE: use is made of pastes, in the production of process of which the filler powder is mixed and ground in and organic solvent taken in amounts respectively 1.5 to 245 percent by mass and 75 to 98.5 percent by mass.
