The device (1) has a voxel data creating unit that generates voxel data based on the ultrasonic tomogram data which are obtained based on the echo signal continuously acquired by the radial scanning of an ultrasonic endoscope (2). The ultrasonic endoscope transmits and receives ultrasonic wave and performs electronic radial scan of the ultrasonic wave on a flat surface. The flat surface is set perpendicular to the central insertion shaft from the ultrasonic vibrators (11) which are arranged around the insertion shaft. The ultrasonic endoscope is inserted intra-corporeally.
