The present invention relates to a seal for vehicle glasses (10), particularly for bottom edge (12) of a vehicle windscreen (10) wherein the seal consists of a profiled body (20) having its bearing surface (23) fixed to the vehicle windscreen (10) bottom edge (12). The seal profiled body (20) having in cross section the form of a hook is provided with an elastic arm (25) optionally fitted with an elastic reinforcing liner (26). Said elastic arm (25) can fit close behind a projecting rib (16) of a water drain cover (14). The profiled body (20) is provided with at least one sealing flap (30) that is clamped between the vehicle windscreen (10) bottom edge (12) and upper edge (18) of the water drain cover (14) and is substantially continuously flush with outer sides (A, G) of both the water drain cover (14) and vehicle windscreen (10). |
