Provided is a method for preparing a silicon separator for a fuel cell to reduce volume and weight compared with a carbon separator and to improve strength. The method comprises the steps of forming a channel(212) for the dispersion of fuel at the one surface of a silicon substrate(210); adhering a strength reinforcing substrate(220) to the other surface of the silicon substrate; forming a metal thin film on the channel for forming a current collector; forming a thin film thermistor on the strength reinforcing substrate; forming an electrode for supplying an electric power on the thin film thermistor; and forming a fuel injection hole(270) on the separator.
