The suction arrangement for a sheet deliverer of a sheet processing machine has an auxiliary feed unit (2) provided in the region lying between the side region of the sheet pile (BS) and air tapping opening (3a) and is for tapping of air from the upper edge region of the sheet pile and for the directed blowing off of the same towards that air tapping opening. The auxiliary feed device may be formed by a series of fans, by integration of a blast pipe, or is constructed as a Venturi rail.
