FIELD: building units, particularly border constructions of openings in walls, floors, or ceilings and frames to be rigidly mounted in such openings. ^ SUBSTANCE: door frame comprises closed channel-bar case with upper, lower and side parts so that through and inner cavities are created. Door frame is provided with sealing means arranged in upper part of the case. The sealing means is made as body with support and flange connected with each other and defining cavity communicated with the through cavity. Slat is installed on body flange and may slide towards through cavity beyond inner surface of channel-bar flange. The body is fastened to outer flange of channel-bar flange by means of support.
