FIELD: chemical industry; food industry; building industry, feed mill industry; other industries; production of the laboratory mixers. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for mixing of the components at preparation of the liquid or loose homogeneous mixtures and may be used in food industry, chemical industry, building industry, feed mill industry and other industries. The mixer contains: the drive, the body installed on the frame, the cover and the working tool located in the middle of the base of the body. The tank is made in the form of the transparent truncated cone. The working tool is made composite in the form of 2-3 lead-in feed screw, on which end there is the changeable nozzle consisting of 4-6 resilient lobes extending upward. The height of the working tool makes no more than 2/3 of the height of the chamber. The technical result consists in the rise of the degree of mixing and homogeneity of the end product, simulation of the process of mixing of the components of the different humidity, elimination of the errors at realization of the various kinds of the measurements with the purpose of optimization of the design of the mixers. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased degree of mixing and homogeneity of the final product, simulation of the process of mixing of the components with the different humidity, elimination of the errors at realization of the various kinds of the measurements with the purpose to optimize the design of the mixers. ^ 2 dwg |
