A shielding structure of a ferrite core which is included in a power code of an electronic device is provided to prevent an EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference) in the ferrite core from having an influence on inner parts of a cabinet by shielding the ferrite core which is located in a core receiving unit bent to a side plate of the cabinet. A shielding structure of a ferrite core included in a power code of an electronic device includes a cabinet(130), a power code(150), and a code receiving unit(160). The cabinet(130) forms an internal space in which various parts are installed, and forms an outer appearance. The power code(150) connects an internal part to an outer power through the cabinet(130) to supply a power to the parts installed on the internal space. The code receiving unit(160) is included in the cabinet(130) so that an EMI radiated to the part installed on the internal space through the power code(150) is shielded in the inside of the cabinet(130). The ferrite core is included in the power code(150), and is located inside the cabinet(130). The core receiving unit(160) is included in the cabinet(130) so that the EMI radiated to the part installed on the internal space through the ferrite core is shielded inside the cabinet(130).
