A pen and scratch paper is provided to be used more conveniently in an everyday life when a user needs scratch papers urgently and to remove the inconvenience of writing on a user's palm when he/she has no paper. The scratch paper filter is inserted into a ball-point pen to enable a user to pull out and use scratch papers when he needs scratch papers. The external shape of the ball-point pen is thick to be gripped by a user, and has an empty space into which the scratch paper filter is inserted. The scratch papers are inserted into the ball-point pen to be pulled out simply and to be exchanged simply. On the external shape of the ball-point pen, an inlet for pulling out the scratch papers is formed. |
